We accept card, CODI, and cash payments. We do not accept checks. Please note that the consultation fee may vary depending on the use of materials or procedures performed.

We know your time is valuable and we are committed to punctuality. Unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies) can always arise, and if this happens, we will let you know. Out of consideration for other patients, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete the necessary forms so we can begin on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to have your appointment at the scheduled time. We will email you our work and punctuality policies.
